By downloading or using the Ezikir app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service
Ezikir is a mobile app that includes prayer times, Quran reading, dhikr, journaling, habit tracking, and AI-powered spiritual guidance. The app is provided "as is."
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Premium Subscription
Ezikir Premium is offered as a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription. The subscription is purchased through the App Store and renews automatically. • Cancellation: Must be cancelled through the App Store at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. • Refunds: Purchases are subject to the App Store's refund policies. • Price changes: Price changes do not affect your current subscription period.
5. Religious Content Disclaimer
The prayer times, Quranic verses, and religious information provided in Ezikir are for informational purposes. Please consult a qualified religious scholar for a definitive ruling on any matter. The AI assistant within the app is also for informational purposes only and does not constitute religious authority.
6. User Content
Journal entries and personal notes you create within the app belong to you. Backing up this content is your responsibility. Your content may be permanently deleted if you delete the app or close your account.
7. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited: • Reverse engineering the app or attempting to obtain its source code. • Using or distributing the app for commercial purposes without permission. • Gaining unauthorized access to other users' accounts. • Creating misleading, harmful, or illegal content.
8. Service Interruptions
The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. The subscription period is not extended in such cases, but you may contact our customer service for unreasonable interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ezikir does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. No guarantee is given regarding the spiritual outcomes of religious practices performed through the app.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms of use without prior notice. Significant changes will be announced via an in-app notification. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute.
